Colin has advised on the London office market for over 31 years, building a career grounded in deep market knowledge & rigorous professional judgement. Beginning in conventional leasing, disposals, and acquisitions, he worked with a wide-ranging client base of private investors, property companies, and institutions.

As occupier priorities have shifted, so has his focus. Colin has brought that same depth of experience & market insight to the flexible office sector, and now advises landlords, occupiers, and investors on realising value through flex office solutions. His advice is shaped by three decades of understanding how the office market moves, and increasingly, how occupiers work today.

Olly has worked in Commercial Agency since January 2023, advising landlord and tenant clients across a variety of sub-markets both in leasing and capital market transactions. Having formally trained as a chef at Westminster Kingsway College one of the world’s leading catering institutions and working in several Michelin-starred restaurants, he brings a strong work ethic and in-depth understanding of the hospitality sector. This unique background enables him to effectively support tenants as they grow their businesses and transition into new commercial spaces.

Olly has a love for golf and food and will be found on the course or sampling the London food scene most weekends.

Katie Sadler is a Marketing Manager with expertise across brand, content, partnerships, PR, and events. She specialises in developing integrated campaigns that elevate profile, strengthen client engagement, and deliver measurable results.

Her skills span digital and offline marketing, strategic planning, content development, and event management, always underpinned by a creative approach and data-driven insight. Known for building strong relationships and bringing fresh ideas to every project, Katie balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
